Spend a creative half-day making a charming willow bird feeder — perfect for any garden, allotment, or nature lover’s space. Simple in design but full of character, this versatile piece can also be used as a garlic holder, bag holder, or for your foraged treasures.

Ideal for beginners, friends, and family, you’ll learn essential basketry techniques to craft your own small storage or feeding basket. You’ll also go home with a weaving frame, so you can continue practising and creating more baskets at home.

Come along solo or bring a friend for a fun, hands-on session — you’ll leave with a beautiful, practical piece and the confidence to explore willow weaving further.

Plus, the on-site Willows Tea & Coffee Shop is open during the workshop, serving ethical, Rainforest Alliance coffee and tea, award-winning cakes, and simple savouries, the perfect way to relax between weaving sessions.

Important Notes:

• Good mobility in hands and feet is required; you’ll be standing while working.
• Please wear old, non-dangly clothes, covered-toe shoes (no sandals), and minimal or no jewellery.
