This Willow Backpack is based on a traditional German apple picking basket that was first taught to me by Dieter Deringer Master weaver from south-west Germany many years ago, I still regularly use the one I made with him.

Perfect for foraging and keeping weight on your back makes it easier to carry. This is a sturdy basket that will last many years and carry heavier loads.

Using the finest English Black Maul Willow incorporating adjustable organic hemp straps with brass fittings and a foot border at the base so it will last even longer, this is a very usable and useful basket.
